By viewing or using our website, or downloading the Poko application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Poko is a utility software application for macOS that provides desktop reminders using a character-based UI located near the device notch or menu bar. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. License to Use

The core Poko application is provided under an open-source license (check our GitHub for specifics). For any proprietary components (like Poko Pro), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your devices.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the software for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any proprietary components of the software
• Redistribute proprietary assets without permission

5. Limitation of Liability
